About Candice
Experience That Drives Impact.
Candice Goudie is a Calgary-based communications and community investment leader with deep expertise in strategic storytelling, public relations, and partnership development. She is best known for her nearly two-decade tenure with the Calgary Flames and Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation (CSEC), where she played a central role in shaping how the organization showed up in the community and told its impact story.
Over 19 years with CSEC, Candice helped build and steward one of Canada’s most respected professional sport community portfolios — leading communications, partnership strategy, and public-facing narratives behind major programs, events, and charitable initiatives.
As long-standing Executive Director of the Calgary Flames Foundation and CSEC Community Investment, she was instrumental in aligning strategy, messaging, and storytelling to ensure the Flames were recognized not only for performance on the ice, but for meaningful and measurable contributions off it.
Today, she leverages her experience to support community-minded organizations across Calgary and beyond, helping them create impact, build authentic partnerships, and communicate purpose with intention.
